A novel microRNA (miRNA)-delivery technology is developed based on polymer nanocapsules, which are consisted with miRNA cores and thin polymer network as the skin layer. Exemplified by brain ischemia treatment, such nanocapsules could deliver miRNA with enhanced stability, prolonged blood residence time, highly retained bioactivity, and high efficacy.

Nanocages derived from metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) are firstly used as nanoreactors for synthesizing hydroxide nanodot based high-performance oxygen evolution reaction (OER) catalyst. Moreover, the operando X-ray absorption spectroscope combined with computational calculation is employed to explore the activity origin of the layered double hydroxide nanodots (LDH-NDs).
